Wendy L. Nolan

Biography

Wendy Nolan has been a plaintiffs’ personal injury attorney for over 20 years, focused solely on helping people overcome the difficulties many face following injuries, missed time from work, and the emotional toll on themselves and their loved ones following an accident that’s not their fault. She understands it takes compassion and a willingness to listen while helping her clients during these difficult times, but it also takes strength and determination to fight the insurance companies who are more interested in their corporate shareholders than fairly compensating injured parties.

Wendy has vast experience in handling personal injury cases. No detail of a case is too small, including everything from initial case intakes and investigations up to and including trials. Her goal is to handle the details and difficulties for her clients, so her clients are free to focus on healing and returning to their previously normal lives.

Wendy graduated from the University of Texas at Austin earning a degree in English with a minor in History. She then went to law school in Houston, the city where she grew up, earning her law degree from South Texas College of Law. As life is unpredictable, over the years Wendy and her family have moved from Texas to New York and then eventually here to North Carolina where she has lived with her husband and son for almost two decades now.

Wendy is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, New York, and Texas. She is also admitted to practice in Federal Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a North Carolina public notary.
